Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information as outlined in the DMCA. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and/or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
